About the Role

SHEilds, one of the world’s leading health and safety e-learning training providers, is expanding its dynamic Dubai team. We deliver globally recognized qualifications including NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, and ProQual, helping clients worldwide achieve their career goals. Our Middle East operations are based in Knowledge Park, Dubai, with our global head office in the UK.

We are looking for full-time Training Consultants to join our high-performing sales team and guide customers toward the right educational pathway for their professional development.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the best training programs for their career objectives.

Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Maintain accurate records and use Microsoft Office tools effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years target-driven sales experience.

Strong customer service skills and a confident, positive personality.

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

High PC literacy and competency with Microsoft Office.
