Job Title: Operations Supervisor Location: Dubai- United Arab Emirates. Company: First Box Delivery Services LLC Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in 3PL companies

Responsibilities:

◆ Coordinate and supervise delivery riders

Managing rider performance, handling onboarding and training

Collaborate with maintenance teams for vehicle

repairs

◆ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement Resolve live issues, shift management and ensure timely solutions

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

Requirements:

◆ Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL companies Strong organizational and communication skills ◆ Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office ◆ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ◆ Candidates must be available inside UAE
