Human Resources Executive (Hotels /Restaurants Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding to offboarding

• Lead internal hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and regulatory requirements

• Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and compliance frameworks

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

•

Manage payroll coordination, final settlements, and gratuity calculations

•

Maintain accurate records for visa renewals, contracts, and legal documentation

• Collaborate with PRO for visa, EID, and MOL procedures

Support organizational development, performance reviews, and KPIs

·

Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
