HR Coordinator

Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Languages: Bilingual - English language & Hindi language

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Professional HR certifications (preferred) Familiarity with HR software systems

Experience

3-5 years in an HR support role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator) within the UAE (Only consider Facility management or Property Management domain)

Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding

Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, work permits, health & safety, termination, and employee benefits

Note: Candidates must be currently available in the UAE to be considered.
